Workshop on “Unfolding challenges of Humanitarian Crisis during disasters”.

IIHMR Delhi organised a workshop on 16th August 23 on “Unfolding challenges of Humanitarian Crisis during disasters”. The workshop was organised to commemorate “World Humanitarian Day” which is observed world wide on August 19th every year.   Speakers of the event were from NIDM, Ministry of Home Affairs, Child Rights and You (CRY), Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS) and Stoke Mandeville Hospital United Kingdom.

The event was presided by Shri Rajendra Ratnoo, ED, NIDM. The following subject matter experts spoke in the event Dr. (Prof) Santosh Kumar, Dr. Abbas Ostad, Dr. Shaheen Ansari, Ms.Ipshita Shee. It was a thought provoking and insightful learning experience for IIHMR Delhi students, faculty and participants who hailed from several parts of the country.
