Sustainability of the health sector growth also depends on the availability of trained resource with requisite technical and managerial skills. While acquiring technical knowledge is easy, knowledge pertaining to management requires collation of real-world experience and research. Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) conducted at IIHMR Delhi is an attempt in this direction to develop best healthcare management talent.
