IIHMR Delhi team participated in the International Day of Disaster Risk Reduction hosted by the National Institute of Disaster Management (NIDM)

IIHMR Delhi team participated in the International Day of Disaster Risk Reduction hosted by the National Institute of Disaster Management (NIDM). It was enriching and enlightening to listen to the exceptional group of individuals who shared the commitment to building a more resilient world. It was the culmination of the 10 days long nationwide DRR sensitization events conducted by the dedicated team of IIHMR Delhi scholars lead by Dr. Nidhi Yadav (Associate Professor IIHMR- Delhi) under the guidance of Dr. Sutapa B. Neogi (Director IIHMR- Delhi). The work done by this team was presented in the form of video presentation. The power and impact of youth in bringing substantial impact for Disaster Risk Reduction was well appreciated by the audience of the programme. 

IIHMR Delhi wish to extend heartfelt thanks to ED, NIDM Shri Rajendra Ratnoo, Dr. Santosh Kumar, Dr. Anil K. Gupta, Dr. Shekher Chaturvedi and the entire team of NIDM for holding the programme of this scale.
