Conflict Management and Organizational Behaviour

IIHMR Delhi recently hosted a transformative 2-day Management Development Programme (MDP) titled "Conflict Management and Organizational Behaviour" for officials from the National Health System Resource Centre. The program ran from September 23-24, 2024 by expert facilitators Dr. Divya Aggarwal and Dr. Tanjul Saxena using various diagnostic instruments and exercises. Participants engaged in hands-on activities to reinforce theoretical concepts.
