Mr. Dey is an experienced Healthcare Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and Healthcare services industry. Skilled in application of emerging technology like AI/ ML/Cognitive, Blockchain, IoT, Cloud and Digital for Healthcare organization to make them efficient and drive better clinical outcome. He is also trained in Healthcare Operations Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Quality Management, Team Building, and Management, specializing in healthcare (payer, provider and public health) arena. Strong healthcare services professional with a MBA focused in Hospital and Health Management from Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management. Currently working on Remote E Reporting and use of AI to significantly increase Radiologist Productivity, He is also exploring creating ERP Equivalent digital platform in the Business Essential Service area, to make hospital process more efficient, cost effective and better focused on customer service.
