A Doctor of Philosophy, completed in Business Management from Institute of Business Management GLA University, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh in the year 2020. Thesis title was “A Study of e-HRM In Selected Organisations (case study)”. She has taken up classes in BBA, MCA, MBA and BBA, LLB. Also taken up counselling and preparation course for MBA final year students to take up job interview in campus selection. Dr. Smita has worked in ICFAI University, Sikkim as Senior Lecturer and in GLA University, Mathura as Assistant Professor.
