Dr. Urvashi Gupta

Research Officer

Her core educational background lies, with majors, in Social Sciences from the Department of Anthropology, University of Delhi. As a graduation (2013) and post-graduation (2015) degree holder, she is well-trained in the anthropological domain of knowledge, practice and research. Afterwards, she has fetched a Master of Philosophy (2018) degree where her work focussed on the ‘Association of Cardiovascular Variables with obesity risk factors among the adults of Delhi’. Later on, with her study dealing with the ‘Biosocial and psychological aspects of adolescent health’ she also earned herself a Doctoral degree (2023). Along with this, she bears some experience at program planning, strategization and organization, as well as at scientific reseach writing/compilation and publication. Her areas of research interest include public health; epidemiology; adolescent health; social awareness, responsibility & advocacy
