Administrative professionals are needed to ensure quality services and promote a patient-friendly environment in health facilities. They engage in the business aspect of healthcare delivery to provide the best possible medical care at the highest possible cost. They determine the required budget, supplies, human resource projects and monitoring services. They keep themselves updated on technology, standards and regulatory issues in healthcare. They are a link between service providers for better communication between patients, their relatives and stakeholders.
