Some things you need to know about IIHMR Delhi

IIHMR is part of the Society, which has a long heritage of setting up the country’s first health management institute in Jaipur. To meet the growing demand, the Society established another institution in Bangalore and then in Delhi in 2008.

At IIHMR Delhi, we are determined to train candidates and convert them into highly skilled health managers ready to meet the challenges of dramatic change in the health supply method. Management and Health Information 

Developing skilled managers with technology, strategies and implementing administrative techniques, diagnosis and solutions to problems, consulting, and development focuses on providing value care in the health organization. It can play its role in providing maintenance. Hospitals, Public Health organizations, NGOs, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical or Software Firms informed the authorities.

Courses Offered

We offer a two-year full-time, NBA -approved, AIU PGDM -approved course in health and hospital management, officials said, adding that they strengthen the management capabilities of these service health care professionals. Many training programs are followed.

We also offer weekend executive programs in management subjects to working professionals. We have conducted and conducted health system research projects in various fields of public health with the financial support of government organizations and international organizations / NGOs. Our faculty members have been identified as master trainers by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. We also put up a checklist on our website to understand students’ level of mental health. We organized webinars on various aspects of COVID. We participated in the telemedicine project with Project Step One in Delhi. We conducted a virtual capacity building workshop for approximately 50 physiotherapists in 10 cities on COVID-19 rehabilitation in December 2021 – Johns Hopkins Rehabilitation Network with Johns Hopkins India Institute. We are working on several research projects to assess the effects.

Keeping up with the changes in the industry

The pharmaceutical industry/pharma sector is the most dynamic in healthcare, and the new demand in the economically viable pharma sector brings a new understanding of the pharma business model. Therefore, IIHMR envisions this Industrial Academic Interaction – Webinar series to bring together experts from different fields of pharma and healthcare on a platform with the academy to understand the industry trends and the educational preparation to deal with these trends. 

This workshop provides an opportunity to understand emerging trends in hospitals, the implications of digital technologies and new basic principles for hospital management. The workshop will focus on new solutions and management structures that may be able to operate in hospitals and provide participants with food to eat, and visualize their role in new age hospitals.

The dynamics of the rapidly evolving healthcare industry and the evolving ecosystem require skills and expertise to manage hospitals efficiently and effectively. New age managers need to be up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies and seriously expect the ability to identify, analyze and transfer business skills and informed decisions.
